THUNDER AND ABUNDANT RAIN
Thunder is a sound of abundance. It causes us to look for something that lies ahead. It causes us to look for something that is just about to come and make itself manifested in our present lives. In I Kings 18: 40-46, Elijah heard the sound that could only be heard by the Spirit. In this life, in order to hear the Lord announce what is about to come, we must be in tune with the Holy Spirit and we must be listening for the Thunderous sound of the ABUNDANCE OF RAIN! Hallelujah to the Lamb of God. Like I always say.......AND THAT'S THE REAL TRUTH.

TWO FRIENDS
HEY GUYS! I have these two friends and they are such a blessing to me. They follow me everywhere and it has been promised that they will follow me all the days of my life. Their names are GRACE and MERCY. Do you know them? If you do testify and witness to others about them. If you do not know them, get with somebody that can introduce you to them. However, make sure you learn of them from people who really know them and have shared intimate experiences with them. Do not learn of them from people who have just heard of them. The reason I say this is because sometimes people tell the wrong things about them just as they have about me and you. I love my friends and they love me. When I am right, they love me and also when I am wrong they love me. When others won't be my friend, Grace and Mercy will. The love they extend is the type of love that Christ longs for us to show towards each other. No matter what condition I am in Grace and Mercy loves me. This is called UNconditional love. How sweet it is to know that someone loves me like that! Thank You Father Lord for blessing me with my two friends.

SEASONS CHANGE
One thing in life that is sure to happen - SEASONS CHANGE. Sometimes they change in ways that break our hearts. Other times, they change in ways that bring celebration but the bottom line of it all is that SEASONS CHANGE. Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 teaches us about seasons. To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: A time to be born; a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which was planted; A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down and a time to build up; A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; A time to get and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silent, and a time to speak; A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace. See, everything has it's place and it's time. We as children of God, must be able to discern which is which.

ON BROKEN PIECES
Although the ships of our lives may be shattered, the bible teaches us in the 27th chapter of Acts to hold on to broken pieces until we get to dry land. We don't have to go down with the ship. All we have to do is hold fast to the confidence we have in Christ Jesus and hang on til morning. So if your husband or wife walks away, just hold on to broken pieces. If you have lost a loved one, just hold on to broken pieces. If your children haven't come home and can't be found, just hold on to broken pieces. If you just go laid off on your job, just hold on to broken pieces. Grab a piece and hold on til daylight. Hold on.....keep your head above the rugged waters of your situation and hold on because dry land is ahead! Hallelujah!

My Inner Thoughts
I decided to take a long look at myself today and Back This Thang Up. When I did I understood that I am Naughty By Nature and it is My Prerogative to do what I want to do and live how I want to live. I also found that it took me so long to begin to change my life because It's So Hard To Say Goodbye To Yesterday. It was so hard that each day I begin to realize that Trying To Love Two Is Hard To Do. Many days of trying to love two left me Totally Crossed. Each time I thought I had my life going in the right direction I would have to tell God Oooops I've Done It Again. As I look at myself, I realize that for many years I was Looking For Love In All The Wrong Places. However, when I met Jesus and I mean really met him to the point that my heart longed to be better, He Took Me From Pain To Joy - unspeakable joy. For me it was A Taste Of Honey. Oh taste and see that the Lord is good. The bible became my best friend and in it I found that when satan gets in my way or when I desire something from the Father, Jesus says to Say My Name Say My Name and I'll Be There. Each time I have ever called He has been An On Time God and He will always Stand By Me. Before I met Jesus, I always wondered if there was Any More Room for Me In Those Genes. I also wondered a many night about satan and What Had He Done For Me Lately. The only thing that satan had done for me was to make me the Number One Stunner. Nevertheless, I was looking for a Solid Rock - stability - and that was something I never had as long as I lived my way.
I am so glad that Jesus Is On The Mainline because my mother went down in a Sweet Hour Of Prayer and told Him what she wanted. I am so glad Somebody Prayed For Me. Her prayers Kept Me Near The Cross and now Jesus Is The Center Of My Joy. I Know It Was The Blood that saved me and That Blood Will Never Loose It's Power. The best thing about it all is that Jesus said to come Just As I Am. From that point on God has been Ordering My Steps - baby steps is all I could take but the main thing is that I was stepping in A New Direction.
Now that My Soul Has Been Anchored and I am Falling In Love With Jesus, I can't help but Give Thanks Unto The Lord. I'm So Excited about getting to sing praises and I do my best not to stop until I Raise Da Roof. He gave me all of him and in return I want to give him All Of Me. His Amazing Grace and Blessed Assurance makes me 2 Legit 2 Quit.
God Has Smiled On Me so much so that I have become a part of a Chosen Generation and all I had to do is Come To Jesus. Now I just Hold To God's Unchanging Hand and try all I can to straighten out my life according to the scriptures Just In Case The Lord Shall Come. Bless Be The Tie That Binds me to my new family.
Now that I Got Da Hook-Up, I Gotta Represent!!!!!!!!!!!
Just in case my viewers should forward this to unsaved brothers and sisters, I urge you to Come Unto Jesus while there is still time. I promise you there is No Greater Love. Jesus Is Real! I am not saying that things will be easy because sometimes I wonder Who Let The Dogs Out? However, I do know that God Is An Awesome God and His Grace Is Amazing. I also know that We Need Him To Survive. Without Him we will always wonder Which Way Is Up? For those who may be in prison, whether it is a state, or federal prison or if it is just the prison of your own sinful decisions, God will Stir Up The Gift of praise within you that will make your Jailhouse Rock and you will never be the same again. When troubles come just Lean On The Everlasting Arms of a Mighty God and rest in Him. Admit that you are a sinner and that you want Him to please come into your life, take control and clean up the mess you've made of the precious life that has been given you. Tell God that you are sorry and then ask him "Lead Me Oh Lord". "Lord, Make Me Over". Once you have taken your burdens to the Lord, do yourself a favor and Leave It There. When satan comes at you with your former life, say Whoa! That was An Imitation Of Life but now Papa's Got A Brand New Bag. If you should fall in your trying, just get up and know that it was only Bloopers and Blunders. Now Thank God for giving you a Second Chance. The more you turn satan down the more you will find that your sins will be Gone With The Wind.
In Times Like These, there are many temptations but we must be mindful to Yield Not To Temptation. At the beginning of your walk you will fall until you are strong enough to Stand but just remember We Fall Down (all people). The difference between saint and sinners is that the sinners stay in their Fallen state but saints get up again. There are many of us that started with Christ many years ago and you may ask Are We There Yet? The answer is "No" we will never be perfect so we will always have something to work on. That will not end until Moving Day. It is true that We've Come A Long Way but in all reality We've Only Just Begun!
When you give Christ your life, He will teach you and train you for a Mission Impossible. It is impossible because you will not be able to do it without Him. Not only that, when you allow God to Come Make You Over, you become M.I.A. to the world. To the saints that know you to be a trouble maker, the Lord can place you in their midst and ask them to Guess Who's Coming To Dinner.
I urge you this day to come off of the Night Shift, stop Slipping In The Darkness and Walk In The Light. Then you will be able to Sing Your Praise To The Lord and we seasoned saints can Celebrate your New Life with you. Once you have confessed with your mouth the Lord Jesus and say I Believe that God has raised Jesus from the dead, you are then Saved. Hallelujah! Now you will begin to be Changed! You will then say in the words of the late Martin Luther King "Free At Last", free at last! Thank God Almighty I'm free at last! Each time you get Just A Closer Walk With Thee, you will find that No Weapon formed against you shall prosper. You will begin to understand what it means to go from Glory To Glory and you will notice that others recognize the Sweet, Sweet Spirit that you bring to a place. You can begin to shout Victory Is Mine because you will know that God Cares and Jesus Can Work It Out if you allow him to.
So I ask you.....Is Your All On The Altar? If not, Bring It To Jesus. He'll trade your Beauty For Ashes. All You Gotta Do Is Say Yes. He saw the Best In Me and He will see the best in you also. Give Him a Try. Have You Tried Jesus Lately? If not, try Him today.

THE DOLL: Freedom From Unforgiveness
Many people have difficulty with forgiveness. I was one of those people. I could not seem to get past my past. It seemed as if my past would somehow always invade my present and destroy any hopes for the future that I may have had. In 1990, after the passing of my grandfather, the weight of the pressures of life caused me to feel as if suicide was the perfect way out of the miserable tormented state that I was in. I did not realize that if I had succeeded I would have awaken in an eternal torment far greater than the trials of this world could ever place upon me.
One day my grandmother sat me down at her kitchen table and asked me why I felt the way that I did. With tears streaming down, I told her exactly what I was feeling. She replied in a way that would change my life forever. She said: "Baby, in this life your feelings will get hurt because the bible says in Luke 17:1 that offences will come. However, what people have done to you is not really your problem. Your problem is that you won't let it go. Unforgiveness is killing you by keeping you bound to the pains of the past. Sweetheart, you must learn to let some things roll off like beaded water on a newly waxed car." I looked at her and asked "how do I do that when it hurts so badly?" She said "baby you must learn to keep your mouth closed! Each time you repeat the story you go back in time to the same hurts, the same tears, and the same emotions". She then pushed herself up from the table and walked down the hallway to her bedroom. With her slippers sliding across the floor, she returned with a doll. She sat it upon the table and said "Do you see this doll? It comes with directions. These directions tell what makes this doll laugh, cry, wet herself, etc. It also tells you to keep this doll out of and away from heat. Now, if I am holding this doll and decide to go check on tonight's dinner and I accidentally place the doll to close to the fire, the doll will begin to melt. She is at that time damaged or what you would call hurt. The differences between you and this doll are simple. First of all, you didn't come with directions so believe it or not people may not even know that they have hurt your feelings. Secondly, you can deal with this one of two ways: Privately go to the person that you feel has wronged you and discuss the matter, give them a chance to apologize, forgive them and move on according to Matthew 18:15 or simply forgive them, speak of it no more and move on. Either way the common denominator is forgive and move on. See, although the doll has been damaged, she never says one word about the matter. She doesn't repeat the pain to herself nor to anyone else. Therefore, she never becomes bitter. She waits patiently for you to come back and love on her once again. When you return she doesn't reject you, she simply forgives and moves on. She doesn't put stipulations on the relationship. She merely forgives and moves on."
My grandmother has been gone for almost 9 years but I will never forget the lessons that I learned sitting at her kitchen table. Some days I do well and some days I must revert back to this simple lesson of forgiveness. Nevertheless, I've come a long way since that day and forgiveness comes a bit easier. The more I practice the art of forgiveness, the easier it becomes. I thank God for the lesson and I also thank him for the messenger. I pray that this simple lesson blesses and assists you on your way to FREEDOM FROM UNFORGIVENESS and that's THE REAL TRUTH.
